Very Narrow Aisle Truck (VNA)
Very Narrow Aisle Truck (VNA)
Three-way forklifts are trucks designed for use in very narrow aisles, for medium and high height racks, which can reach very high lift up to 18 meters.
Guided by a mechanical and inductive wire guidance, these trucks are equipped with a front mast that can rotate 180 degrees, on which the forks are mounted, giving the operator access to both sides of the racking aisle to extract and deposit the pallet. This ensure maximum throughput performance.
These trucks can be equipped with fixed operator cabin with the principle of man-down, where the forks move upwards and the driver’s platform remains down. Or, they are equipped with lifting operator cabin, with the principle of man-up, where the cabin is lifted at the same time as the forks (and therefore the load), hence combining both handling of the loads and picking is possible.
The high rack stackers are using advanced technology and provide increased safety with options such as the integrated personal protection system. Various options are offered such as the warehouse navigation system and RFID ground control technology which, combined, allow the truck to perform semi-automatic movement and very precise positioning, ideal for finding, for example, the precise location of a palette.
